Great customer service!! I purchased these drinking horn mugs for our medieval fair. Wanted something that went with our outfits and could use while there. When I got the mugs I liked the way they looked. I had the mugs for a couple of months and hadn’t used them until the day of the fair. I cleaned the mugs as instructed. The first time my wife and I used them, hers cracked as soon as I put some beer into it. I thought this was the end of the story however the company reached out to me and wanted to take care of the problem. They were very attentive to the problem and sent me to new drinking horn mugs. They look great. This company stands behind their product and if there is a problem they will take care of it.
