Returns and Refunds Policy

We will honor a full refund of any product you purchase and return that is not to your satisfaction within that time period, with the exceptions noted in the next paragraph. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For all eligible returns and refunds:

• You would need to pay shipping for the return.

• If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so there is always proof of delivery. Please also provide us with the tracking number as well.

• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 5-business days for the refunded amount to show up in your account.

To be eligible for a return with a full refund, your item must be:

Unused
Not engraved or  designed In the same condition that you received it In the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The process of returning an item can take a while, sometimes weeks, depending on how quickly the item is returned to us.

Before issuing a refund, Moonsun5 has to receive and physically inspect the item.

After receiving the item, we will confirm the refund and send an E-mail to you once the refund has been issued. Be sure to keep the E-mail as proof that Moonsun5 has issued the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your items.
