PRODUCTS
Are your products really handmade?
Yes — every piece is made by our 5-person team in India. We don’t outsource to factories.
What materials do you use?
Solid brass, bronze, cast iron, copper, and wood (rosewood, teak, sheesham). No plated or mystery
alloys.
Can I see finish samples before ordering?
Yes — contact us. Small brass swatches available for a nominal fee that’s deducted from your order.
Are products the same color as photos?
We photograph in natural light to show true color, but monitors vary. Hand-applied finishes also have
natural variation — that’s part of the character.
LIGHTING
Are your fixtures compatible with US wiring?
Yes — all our lighting uses E26 US-standard sockets.
What bulb do I need?
Most fixtures work with warm 2700K–3000K LED bulbs. Specific wattage listed on each product.
Do bulbs come included?
No — bulbs are not included so you can choose your preferred brightness and style.
Can I install this myself?
We recommend a qualified electrician for any hardwired fixtures. Plug-in options available for some wall
and picture lights.
What size chandelier for my room?
General rule: Add your room’s length + width in feet = diameter in inches. For a 10×12 ft dining room,
approximately 22″ diameter works well.
MEMORIAL URNS
How do I choose the right size?
General rule: 1 pound of body weight = 1 cubic inch of urn capacity. A 180 lb adult needs about a 180
cu in urn (typically 10″+).
Can I get custom engraving?
Yes — most urns can be personalized with names, dates, or short messages. Allow 3–5 extra days for
completion.
Are these suitable for pets?
Yes — several of our designs work for pet memorials. We can suggest the right size based on your pet.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes — memorial items ship in plain outer packaging without product descriptions visible.
Can I return a used urn?
Unused urns can be returned within 30 days. Once cremains have been transferred, we cannot accept
returns.
DOOR KNOCKERS & HARDWARE
Do these come with mounting hardware?
Yes — standard mounting screws included. Specialty hardware for thick doors available on request.
Are these weatherproof for outdoor use?
Our solid metal construction holds up outdoors. Cast iron pieces are pre-sealed. We recommend
occasional wax for pieces in extreme weather.
Will this fit my door?
Most knockers fit doors 3/4″ to 2″ thick (standard residential). Message us with your door thickness if
unsure.
Do you offer custom door knockers?
Yes — custom animal designs, family crests, or logos. Typical turnaround 3–4 weeks.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
USA: 10–18 business days typical. International: 10–25 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — most countries. See our Shipping page for details.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
US orders — included in pricing. International orders — buyer may be responsible for local duties.
Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking number sent via email once shipped.
Can I expedite shipping?

RETURNS
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on most items. Custom pieces non-returnable unless defective.
Who pays return shipping?
Buyer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).
How long for refunds?
2–3 business days to process after we receive the return. Then 5–10 business days to appear on your
card.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes — follow the same process and note “Exchange” in your email.
